Lately I have been throwing myself deep into the world of self care by honoring my true calling. I have gone to my Buti yoga training. I have begun launching intuitive readings that compromise of tarot, natal charts, and a whole host of ‘clair’ sensations that deliver messages for individuals and the collective.
It has been liberating.
I have never felt more….me. I am choosing to honor everything that fills my cup up. If its a yes, it feels like a YES! And thats exactly what I am choosing, anything less than that and I am passing it by.
Part of coming back into myself, into my gifts, into my knowing is the clarity around taking and prioritizing self care.
Self care can come in a whole variety of ways. For me, the most common are:
- getting outdoors
- talking with friends
- new crystals
- going to water
- being with my partner
The other day I was making a support package for a intuitive root rising client. What appeared was that some extra support with crystals, candles, and essential oils was needed. So I got to work, I hand crafted an essential oil blend for her to steer anxiety away while allowing her to drop into her heart, feel centered and empowered. I then made her a candle with frankincense and rose petals, helping her to remember her sacredness and also the softness of her heart, barriers down.
I was being of service to her journey but in doing so. I was also adding to my own self care. Filling two cups at once.
To me this is the definition of being blessed and honoring my own self care.
The cup flows over when I show up this way for me, I immediately finished these projects and wanted to continue with making bath bombs.
These bath bombs are amazing. They are filled with herbs and oils that help to detoxify the body. They replenish our skin from lost fatty acids. They aid in relaxation and in indulgence, the epitome of self care.
